On Friday, October 21, 2011,  Local 79 attended the ‘Battle of the Bands’ fundraiser for the United Way, organized by the workers from 311 Toronto.   Take a look at the pictures below as Concession 7, Room 2, The I.V. League, Sons of Beaches, IMPAK, The Digital Immigrants, Marla Zinger, and Goodbye Tomorrow rocked The Opera House (apologies to the last two bands for not having pictures of them — our photographer couldn’t stay late).   A big congratulations to Room 2, the band which won four hours of studio time.
