Just before Council began its final deliberations on the 2017 City Budget, “Commitment 2 Community” held a post-valentines’ “Have a Heart, Stop the Cuts” rally at City Hall. Local 79 attended and Part-Time Recreation worker Laura Aversa spoke on the effects of service cuts to Parks, Forestry and Recreation.
