It takes workplace leaders to help keep our approximately 20,000 members active and organized.

That’s why we’re proud of the workplace Stewards who came to Local 79’s first-ever Stewards Summit. They’re learning to make our workplaces better, so that we can in turn deliver the outstanding public services that Toronto communities deserve.
