On Friday, September 28th, CUPE Local 79’s Young Workers Committee invited its members and friends out to the ball game to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays. 

Here at Local 79, we’re happy to see so many young people getting involved with their union. As Local 79 President Tim Maguire mentioned that evening: “It bodes well for the future of the union to see a new generation becoming active.”
