Local 79 Jumps Up at the Toronto Caribbean Carnival

On Saturday, July 30th, Local 79 celebrated Caribbean cultures at the Toronto Caribbean Carnival. We danced to the sounds of soca, calypso, steel pan, reggae and salsa.
