The TorontoCanDoBetter.ca coalition has put together a great little report about how the City’s focus on repairing the Gardiner (instead of choosing the at-grade boulevard option for rehabilitating the eastern portion of the Gardiner), is drowning the City’s ability to properly maintain and invest in the rest of Toronto.
