Local 79 attended the Toronto Public Service Employee Campaign for United Way Greater Toronto kickoff in Nathan Philips Square today. We were represented by Full-Time Unit Officer Lily Chang, who helped unveil this year’s fundraising goal of $1,550,000!

With the high levels of inequality and poverty in Toronto, we understand the importance of continuing our support for the United Way. United Way agencies often work alongside our members in making Toronto neighbourhoods more equitable and supportive.
