It is with great sadness that we at Local 79 share the news that Local 79 member Jonathan Prosper has passed away. His sudden death was a shock to coworkers in the City of Toronto’s 311 Division and has left many of them reeling.
Jonathan began working in 311 in April of 2010, where he performed his job with dedication. His coworkers will remember him most for his beaming smile and contagious laughter.
We extend on our deepest condolences to his family and the many friends he made at the City. He will be missed.
